RIO represents the present of a musical process started in 2003 under the name of ECCE HOMO (along with the former members of Divididos, Todos Tus Muertos and La Sobrecarga, Gustavo Collado, Horacio "Gamexane" Villafañe and Hernan Firpo). Over the time the band changes names, evolving constantly, but always retaining the same identity associated with English rock of the 80s and post- punk.
